According to reports from Mirror Football, Arsenal and Manchester United are targeting Chelsea youth star Domingos Quina.
The 16-year-old midfielder is rated as one of the most exciting prospects in Europe and joined the Stamford Bridge academy ranks from Benfica three years ago.

Manchester United were linked with a shock swoop for the midfielder last month and Mirror Football have documented their interest once again, whilst also announcing that Arsenal have entered the race to prize him away from west London.
But the Red Devils are still seen as the front-runners for two predominant reasons. Firstly, the Carrington outfit are reportedly preparing a lucrative contract offer that Quina will struggle to refuse and secondly, the club’s strong record of giving first team chances to young players.
United are amid a major youth recruitment drive at the moment amid fears their academy set-up has slumped behind Chelsea and Manchester City’s. They’ve already signed Italian prospect Luca Ercolani and failed in attempt to make Tottenham Hotspur’s Paul Mitchell the figurehead of their academy overhaul.
