According to The Express, Chelsea are targeting Real Madrid strike starlet Borja Mayoral; whilst Mirror Football report that Tottenham Hotspur have warned Manchester United not to launch a deadline day swoop for Danny Rose.

The 18-year-old, dubbed ‘the new Raul’ has bagged eleven goals in 24 appearances for Real Madrid B and also boasts a strong record for Spain at youth international level – firing them to last year’s U19 European Championship title.

Los Blancos are keen to tie the 5 foot 11 striker down to a new long-term contract, with his current terms set to expire in 18 months, but have become aware of increasing interest from the Premier League champions. Chelsea will continue to monitor Mayoral’s progress, but he’s widely expected to agree a four-year deal at the Bernabeu.

Meanwhile, Mirror Football report that Tottenham Hotspur have issued a hands-off warning to Manchester United regarding defender Danny Rose.

The Red Devils face a real crisis in the full-back department, with Antoino Valencia, Matteo Darmian, Ashley Young and Luke Shaw all currently sidelined through injury, and have sent scouts to Spurs’ last four matches to assess whether the 25-year-old is the right candidate to fill the void on the left of defence.

The former England U21 has shared his No.3 duties with Ben Davies this season but the Lilywhites are still incredibly reluctant to let him leave – especially to a top four rival – and have resultantly warned United not to launch a bid before Monday’s 11pm transfer deadline.

Spurs don’t need to warn off MU.
This mid table team no longer has the draw.
Woodward hasn’t got the guts to make reasonable bids and
nobody in their right mind would choose to play for LvG.
Man U is on a downhill track so long as those two clowns are still in charge,
